Rudeness and disgusting attitude to clients

The Hospice Wits shop at Orange Grove really has gone down the drain due to bad management. I was asked to leave and never come back after using a person's name incorrectly, a name that was used by everyone else I might add. The staff are dealing in house with dealers and abusing donations made by well meaning people whilst being rude to the customers. A one star rating really is too, too much . . . The new manager is rather rude to clients and feels he is God's gift to mankind . . . What with Covid prevalent in society at large and the possibility that goods that they sell could transmit the Delta variant, I feel it is high time the shop should close its doors . . .
