WORST MEDICAL AID EVER! **********!

After A turned 21, the medical aid kept asking for proof that I am still studying and am financially dependent on him. Each year they asked for proof, and each year I was kept on. Come 2019, and each month they ask for proof, and each month he sends proof, and I was kept on the medical aid. After six months of this, they say I was never supposed to be on and charged him R18 000, and he was blocked from the medical aid.

Firstly, my parents are have chronic illnesses, which require medication, and secondly, why did they keep putting me on the medical aid? They kept asking proof, and proof was provided. They should have not put me on, but did.

So basically, my father is paying for their mistake. Ridiculous!
