worst medical aid ever

<p>hosmed is by far one of the worst medical aid ever...they have absolutely poor customer service from the agents right up to the manager namely shaun who failed to assist me with my query knowing very well that the company was at fault.They do not keep up to their call backs nor send any correspondence of medical aid changes, but are very eager to suspend the medical aid when negligence was on their side. i have been arguing the same topic since Novemver but with no success. They communication strategy is pathetic. i have all calls recoreded including ref numbers and the numerous emails sent and would like this matter taken to higher authority as i have got no joy from the manager.</p>
