Worst Medical Aid Ever

Our little one was born with TOFS last year first 9 weeks of her life she spent in ICU, it was touch and go with 2 major surgeries. In February the hospital sent a motivation letter as she requires injections to prevent chest infections as TOFS babies are prone to pneumonia and usually land up back in hospital only to find out its not covered by medical aid. Worst thing is they don't even have the decency to contact you or Doctor to let you know its been rejected I had to contact them again. Secondly we had to have our little one at x-ray department today as she needs a dilation as she is unable to swallow and chokes when she eats only to find out an account hasn't been paid and till we settled it was refused service. I contacted them numerous times with regards to all outstanding accounts and have received different answers, we have now been handed over to lawyers and the amounts are ridiculous. We are on the highest plan i am disappointed as they were a brilliant medical aid but since last year they have gone down. I do not recommend this medical aid.
