Worst debit...

Again, this medical aid is ridiculously lousy. After a very long debate over membership. The debit order never went off, this month the double debited my account. Now refusing to refund me. Financially I can't afford this double debit. But they just don't care. They just do things as they please. No wonder there are so many complaints against them already. How do you handle this?
