Waiting 2 Months for Medical Tax Cerificate

Good Day<br> <br> I would like to report the incompetency of Hosmed help inquiries. I called them several times and talked to a operator and asked if they can send me my Medical Tax Certificate. Each and every time they wanted an email address and i provided it to them. ( Never receiving any thing) Its costing me a lot of airtime as I'm calling from a cell phone. After calling for the forth time an operator informed me for the first time that I should write a letter in my own hand writing that I'm requesting my Certificate and also for the first time presented me with a call reference number. I then did so and emailed it to them at [Email Removed]<br> and still have not received any word or reply. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO JUST SEND ME MY CERTIFICATE<br> <br> Please this incompetency is getting annoying.<br> <br> Sort it out<br>
