urgently

i have been admitted in hospital on the 04 October 2018. Hosmed paid part of the bill and left the other one unattended. i have been making calls to both medical aid and hospital cause i wanted to understand if am liable to the remaining balance. medical aid assured me that they will be the one paying the bill as there was misunderstanding between hospital and medical aid. but until today the bill has not been paid. whenever am supposed to go to hospital i should be facing the stigma of been a bad payer. hospital accounts has handed over my account which is now incurring interest. on thursday my kid is supposed to get admitted and hospital has notified me that i wont be hospitalised before settling the account.
