unprofessional

i have lodged a review in hello peter and for the first time i get a quick response from the medical aid in 2018. it is very unfortunate that my problem has not been resolved because it took them 5 hours to gey back to me AND then tell me they captured all my medications wrong in 2017 but now they are working the right way with claims and now i have to pay my own chronic medication day to day because my funds have been depleted. i feel it is unfair that i have to now suffer and pay even more money on top of my large monthly fee just to get treated. i asked if there was any other way out and she keeps referring me back to the brochure which i dont have and dont understand. i am not happy with this treatment to members
