Unpaid bills to Service providers and member

My son was hospitalised on 12-13 May 2014 and again on 15 May 2015. After numerous e-mails and telephone calls the service providers have not been paid to date. The response from the call centre is that there is an I.T. problem at MSO which states \case is invalid' therefore it has not been paid. Further to this I submitted a claim for services paid for by myself on the 28/07/2014 and here to
