unknown claims made by an.unknown doctor

I am so disappointed n angry for hosmed medical.aid today I went to an optometrist to get new spectacles and I was told I took a new pair in April this year which I did not,to my knowledge I was due new pair in July so I spoke to an agent from the medical aid who.had.thr nerve to tell me I must go look for this doctor myself as.they have paid the claim so why should I go look for a doctor in places I don't know bear in my I am ***ears 9months old .the lady I spoke to didn't even bother she just told.me to go to the doctor they paid n seek answers there.
