UNFAIR TREATMENT - THE WORST

I am so upset, we are being sent up and down - back and forth because they do not want to pay a claim - the reason was because it is impossible for two people to get hurt at the same time - and require support slings. There has been stories since November 2020. August 2021 we were told someone did not see that there were two claims. September its other stories. We are still paying on a monthly basis - but they only paid one invoice. MY REFERENCE IS 270821QRMBFG
