They dont care about their clients

I phoned Hosmed on the 20th April to ask about a referral letter for a speech the******. I requested to speak to a manager, and the agent told me no managers are available, will they will contact me as soon as they are back. I am still waiting. This is absolutely disgusting service. No wonder you are never mentioned when all the medical aids are mentioned in the news. And also the issue about the referral letter for a speech the******. How will a Dr know better than the kids school teacher about the child's speech and when they need a bit of therapy? Now I will have to waste money to go see a dr to get a referral letter to send him to a speech the******? Your service gets worse every year!!!
