There is a reason no Broker will even mention them

I phoned the headoffice of hosmed today, as I was not getting any service from the call centre staff.<br> Headoffice ( I think Cheryl) just said she cant help me, I need to phone the call centre.<br> <br> THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!<br> <br> How can the headoffice not even try to assist?<br> She just did not even care or try to assist me with my problem.<br> <br> I will definitely start to look at alternative medical aids, as it seems this one does not give hoot about their clients.<br> I now understand why no broker even quotes on you.
