STRUGLLE TO SOURCE WHEELCHAIR MY ALZIEMERS/DIMENTIA AND POLYMYOSITIS PATIENT

My wife has a Disease known as Polymyositis. she now requires a wheelchair. I received approval the appropriate approval from my Dr. About a Month ago the wheelchair was approved. however, the extra additions was not paid to the service provider. Now Hosmed claims its their IT process which cannot process the payments. After Numerous attempts of phone calls and emails by myself and the service provider, we had NO SUCCESS. I struggle to understand how I can be the first customer with this request. surely they must have this process in place. In the meantime Wife who have also been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia has to struggle and is in NEED of the wheelchair. HOSMED THIS SERVICE IS UNEXCEPTABLE
