Still waiting for my chronic to be approved etc

We went to the freedom of association meeting in 2014 where we were told that when joining the medical aid you can faxed through your current script for your chronic medication. I have done that after a month of not hearing I was told to submit form from GP. Done after another month they where looking for blood test. It is April and all my chronic medication came off my acute which exhausted my benefits. According to the medical aid I am not diabetic and cannot pay the medication from chronic but from day to day.<br> <br> Another problem I have, I sent dr referral letters in. Was told not required only on account, however every time the accounts are not paid and I have to phone around and email to resolve the matter which could have been done 1st time. <br> <br> Ever sorry that I join this useless fund as it seems some people are treated differently to others.
