STILL AWAITING MEDICAL AID CARDS
I joined Hosmed in October last year and to this day I am still awaiting cards i.e. mine and the rest of the members' cards. Hosmed assured me that cards were sent on the 27th November 2017 but I have not received them yet. How do they expect me to consult without the cards?
