Shaun Thotharam - WOW what an amazing employee you have Hosmed!!

On a previous review, I gave Hosmed a 2* for an account I had been struggling to get settled by Hosmed. This was resolved with the help of Shaun Thotharam.

I have heard many people complain about their medical aid schemes and because of people out there that take changes, the ones that is true and honest has to suffer.

Recently I had another account that I struggled with being paid by Hosmed, and before going to the media to final get some response as previously, I contacted Shaun Thotharam again and within a day I got a reply form him with proof of payments.

Hosmed, you have a real gem working for you!! Shaun Thotharam has gave me great hope in knowing that there is still wonderful employees / service providers that will go the extra mile and assist were they can!
