Service Provider receives shocking service

I am a service provider with a small private practice. I treated a patient from the 12/01/2015 to 18/01/2015 and agreed to claim directly from the fund as the patient was unable to pay cash for my services.
My issues started with the fund requiring me to post a letter from the bank with my banking details. Despite the fact that the Board of Healthcare Funders (from whom the fund has ALL my other details) already supplies banking details to medical aids. Postal strike and then a backlog in Hosmed's postal department meant it took about 4 weeks for my banking details to be updated to Hosmed's satisfaction.
My full account has been approved and I finally received a remittance on the 07/03/2015. One would think I would be paid shortly thereafter.
Well, 5 weeks, 3 days and untold phone calls later (an average of 2 phone calls per week of about 20 - 30 mins duration each) I have still not been paid.
Each week I hear that the payment has not been actioned yet and it will definitely be done \next week". Yesterday I called"
