Scheme Changed without Informing Members

Good day<br> I am extremely upset regarding the change of rules with the Hosmed essential plan. They have changed from a No network plan to a Primecure Network plan without informing us.<br> I am 6 months pregnant and I now have to go looking for another gynecologist and hospital because of this bull ****. My previously covered GPs are not covered anymore and bills are piling up. <br> Even if one looks at the brochure on the link below, there is no mention of the Primecure network.<br> [URL Removed] <br> At least with all the major changes, they should have sent out new booklets last year so that we were aware of it and not accumulated such high bills for ourselves. when we phone the call centre and ask them where the new booklets are, the usual response is \It is on its way\". the ****test part of the deal is that because that I am pregnant, i am at the mercy of the incompetence of Hosmed and cannot change my Medical Aid."
