Rejection of Polimiositis treatment

My wife has a rare disease, Polimiosistes. the Neurologist motivated that my wife requires this treatment to add Value to her Life as her condition is worsening. However, Hosmed rejected this treatment even though they approved this treatment in 2015. Now, they reject the doctors recommendation based on policy changes, not Considering that my wife requires this treatment to add value and quality of life. I am deeply saddened that should she Not receive this treatment, her condition Will detoriate and who knows what the future Holds.
