Really need help

Hosmed Value Plan ********** 4 Claims regarding dependant 02 **********

I really need someones help, after a R1000 calls to medical aid I am at my wits end. My boy was really sick in January and we went from GP, to pediatrician to Pediatric Neurologist. We have been with hosmed for 14 years and never had a single bad experience for claims not getting paid. But this year.....

On the 18 January my son went to pediatrician which was a referral from our Gp, I saw tonight that that claim amount was rejected for pediatrician, WHY on earth do they stipulate due to childs age it was rejected.

On the 31 January he went to see dr Natalie Govender where we had to pay the amount of R2320.00 and claimed it back but once again it say rejected due to beneficiarys age, REALLY WHY????

Please for the 1 reading here understand my frustration, it is tough economic times, but my medical aid get paid first thing every month, but if it comes to claims nobody seems to be able to help. The details is as follows

Dr AS Zambakides Practise ********** Peadiatrician

Treatment date: 18 January 2018 amount R564.36 he referred us then to

Dr N Govender Practise ********** Peadiactric Neurologist

Treatment dat 31 January 2018 amount claimed back from medical aid is R2320.00

Why does the claims department/financial department keep rejecting this claims for depen 02. We are struggling enough with my sons health already I dont need the stress of medical aid bills not getting paid.

Please please help sort this out.
