Pure frustration and uncooth behavior

I am completely and utterly disturbed by the fact that I pay for a medical aid that is advising they cannot cover a bill that is from a registered doctor who referred me to do blood tests. I do believe this is completely unsatisfactory as I do not see a discrepancy. I need urgent feedback on this matter as I will take this matter further if it is not dealt with.
