Promise to pay accounts after claims sent

Good day <br> <br> We(Group Practice) sent a few claims to Hosmed to be paid, We sent emails to Angeline Mpfuni, she said accounts will be paid but we still did not receive payment. This has been outstanding from March 2015 and its now June 2015. Debtors book sitting in 90days? This reflects bad on Hosmed as our patients their clients sees what bad service they supply. <br> <br> We would like some positive feedback regarding this and to keep our patients happy.<br> <br> Thank you
