Poor service

Poor service. Suspended now without notice or even a phone call. Was put on highest payment without informing me. No notification was receicved to update info no mail or call.

Payments were made each month according to sallery scale. Now two months later after i called to only find out short payments was made acording to them but first it was said that no payment was received for the month.

Many stories and no resuls. No communication from them to resolve problem.
