Poor Service
Poor service. Hosmeds confused. Went to dishem pharmacy to get babies vaccines and was informed that we are not on the Bambino program and have to pay cash for vaccines. Called through and no support or confirmation of the Bambino program that we registered on. 26 February. Also medication came off day to day benefits instead of pregnancy program. Hosmeds confusion causes us inconvenience.
