POOR SERVICE

I was called by Hosmed employee last week where I was promised that my card has been printed and I will receive it by yesterday, Wednesday, 10 February 2016 from a person who will be flying in East London. The person also confirmed over the telephone to me and she indicated that she is not fami**** with East London and I said she can call me when she is around, I will drive to her to collect the card. No one has called me since last week up until now for the card, so this matter has not been resolved with me.
