POOR POOR SERVICE

Hosmed called me to notify me that the broker who is supposed to deliver my cards will have them delivered on the 8th January 2018 as he claimed that I was closed at work.

Today is the 19th January and still no sign of my cards or the broker.

I am really considering changing the scheme to another medical aid scheme if this is the service that one will be constantly receiving.

I was given surety that I will certainly have my cards by the 8th instant and guess what???? still waiting.
