Poor client service and financial admin

As a medical doctor myself, I find Hosmed Medical Scheme's client services appauling. I have been struggling since August 2020 to get them to pay back money owed to me. This is the second time I have had this situation with them. Email, telephone calls does not help. Everytime they say they will get back to me, or the application is being processed. Then they need bank account details which I have already sent 3 times and still I am waiting. I am not on Hosmed myself, but I certainly will not advise patients to make use of their services.
