Pooooooor Hosmed
Hosmed is the most useless medical scheme ever. Got more exclusions than cover. if you look for authorization for a procedure, all you hear is that it is excluded even when a doctor said it is urgent. Its a **** medical aid and have the worst untrained personnel. Think they much start at the top and get somebody competent to revise their exclusions on benefits. I pay for a service. they would rather give you a crown for your mouth but when it comes for a procedure of vital organs , that is where the exclusion comes in Finished with this medical aid and would advise everyone to do the same
