payment of waferin blood tests on the cronical treatment scheme and not from my safings

I am a pensioner and a member of Hosmed Medical Scheme. I have to use Waferin blood medication and which are registered at the medical scheme under chronic medication. In order to take the medication I have to do a blood test every time and Ampath work out my dosage and set a date for the next blood test. This treatment means that the medication and blood tests are paid by the medical scheme under my chronic treatment. This was done but hosmed for the last approximately 2years stopped paying for the blood test and only pays for the medication. They take the blood tests of my saving and therefor leaves me with a small saving to purchase other medicine. Myself, the consulting rooms of the Cardiologist phoned the medical scheme with all ICD Codes and the matter was also discussed with hosmed and after all this time hosmed still refuse to pay for the blood test and without that I will not get a dosage use from ampath. Ampath has also handed over my account to their credit collectors . I am a position of where Ido not know what to do anymore
