Pathetic service

I am curtently sitting in hospital waiting to go for an operation but i have been waiting for 2hours coz Hosmed are incompitent and cannot give me authorisation. There phones ring and cut off. The hospital tried. The doctor tried and i am trying constantly but cannot get through. In the meant time i am sitting here in pain and suffering and cant go to theatre until these idiots start doing their damn jobs. I suggest to any1 who is looking for a medical aid to never use Hosmed. They are the most incompitent service provider. If i drop dead, i have written a statement that Hosmed will be sued. Totally dissapointed
