Pathetic Hosmed

Hosmed is by far the most pathetic medical aid since January. I am a service provider and not one of our claims has been paid since January. We have sent numerous emails, made phone calls, phoned Medscheme but NOTHING has been done up to now. 7 Months later. Unfortunately the next step is to report Hosmed with the council of medical schemes. Very disappointing that you have to take things this far.
