No payment, No answers

I'm completely at a loss. I wrote a review in August. I had one call and nothing more. We have had to pay over R6000 out of our pockets for dental claims that were not paid from January to March this year. No one can give me any answers as they are all ***********. I went as far as sending a complaint to CMS and they sent a letter dated September in November stating that the practitioner would get paid at the end of September. But guess what?? Nothing... because they're useless. I will now go and see a lawyer! Enough is enough. PLEASE PEOPLE... DO NOT JOIN HOSMED. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
