My last solution
Goodday I hate doing this after a wonderful service from 14 years from hosmed, what went wrong with service in 2018. I am at my wits end. After R1000 calls to call centre I am really pulling my hair and all teeth, we keep getting claims rejected for my sons pediatrician and hospital and specialist claims, and no one can tell us the direct reason why, he is 9 yrs old. I have tried all departments, even no once again Ive lodge a complaint. Our latest query nr is 070318QN7MF3 please email me on ********** for private info on medical aid nr, so that we can can sort this out. This is really disappointing from Hosmed after 14yrs of good service now this

29 Mar 2018, 09:50Thank you for things that is starting to happen, we are 70 persent through the hurdle, thank you for restoring our faith in our medical aid, and that after 14 years that we can continue to be happy with our medical aid. Looking forward to say that things is 100 persent sorted now.
