Medical Aid Suspended VIA SMS with NO OTHER COMMUNICATION

Good day

Very disappointed in Hosmed

I just received an SMS at 18:00 telling me I have been suspended by Hosmed Medical Scheme as of 1st May 2019.

This is rediculous and not the first time that this medical aid does not communicate accordingly. No call nothing. I’m still waiting to be advised why they have suspended me.

What is supposed to happen, should there be a medical emergency situation?

They have been collecting my premiums on a monthly basis with no fail?

I want my medical aid reactivated tomorrow!
