Hosmed is by far the most *********** Medical Aid, I have been trying to sort a problem out for two weeks now, up to date got NO positive response from them, after speaking to who knows how many persons in the call centre. Since WHEN do HOSMED decide witch plan a member WILL move to, and by being a member for over 12 years, suddenly you give us a letter stating no bank account details have been found and medical aid was cancelled over night??? <br> <br> I suggest someone (a manager) competent give me a call, otherwise I WILL submit my complaint in EVERY newspaper and on EVERY social media network!!!
