HOSMED USELESS

I sent through 2 claims in beginning for February. Still have not received payment back. Everytime it is a differant story and every Friday they doing the payment run. I was told that both my claims were send to finance and that it would paid out on the 24th of Feb. Just called now, one of the claims are now all of a sudden not processed yet bla bla bla. Their service is up to **** and no one is willing to assist in this matter - talks so much ****. I have tried so many time to speak to a manager or supervisor. But no luck. This is so frustrating and i am very un pleased with Hosmed.
