Hosmed Suspends Cancer treatment due to alleged missing ID, still bill membership every month

Mr RA Tarr has been n member of HOSMED since January 2009. His benefits has been suspended including cancer treatment as Medscheme (Hosmeds administrators) claims that they do not have a id document on the system. Medscheme Administrators has taken over since Oct 2017. Why suspend cancer treatment but still pay every month for chronic medication?
