HOSMED None existing management

Hosmed need to correct the personal data on our attached Tax Certificate. Our ID numbers change after 8 years with them now we can't do our tax returns This issue was raised with there call center 6 August and after 33 day's they have done nothing . We called their call center over 12 times the only feedback was that the issue was escalated. But there was no managers available to talk to over the 33 days. During the 33 days my wife got one phone call only after I screamed and shouted at the call center agents to update us. As per that conversation I was not allowed to be updated because of the POPPY act.

Its greatly worrisome that there is no managers available in their call center for over a month. Secondly how is it possible for personal data just to change, why would ID numbers change

I tried to use their complaints process (http://www.hosmed.co.za/modules_fe/layout2/complaints.asp#complaints-process) but the emails showing Delivery Failure and does not work. So it would seem that their complaints process work the same as Hosmed Managment If no response is received by Monday this will be forced escalat to the Council for Medical Schemes because 33 working days are more than enough time to resolve or even update us on this issue.
