HOSMED MEDICAL SCHEME ARE EXPLOITING MEMBERS

Good day This is my last attempt to be heard as HOSMED is brushing me off with reasoning that is unprofessional and far from medical approaches. An medical qualified Doctor are reasoning with a administrative clerk.

I have been member of HOSMED since 2010. I was diagnosed with an chronic condition (cholesterol). All applications and blood tests and doctors communication was submitted to Hosmed in an attempt to register prescribed medication as chronic. Hosmeds feedback was negative. I then realised that I was paying from my acute benefits. When asking an explanation why they don't acknowledge my medical condition hosmed explained that my cholesterol count was not high enough.

My Dr freaked out because their explanation is ludacris. If I wasn't treated for cholesterol I would have died. Because the medication did what it was supposed to do - that is why my cholesterol count is where it is. This is a chronic (permanent) condition.

Please assist as you normally do. I will appreciate feedback on this matter.
