Hosmed medical scheme

Good Morning

I have given Hosmed all the statements from Jan 2018 to July 2018 as per request. I have checked the statements and found that only 2 months was still outstanding Jan 2018 and May 2018. I have told them we can make some arrangements for the payments. What I do not understand why they took 1 year to do checks and balances. I am still waiting for their response.
