HOSMED MEDICAL AID SERVICE A TOTAL DISGRACE!

For may weeks, we have been trying to get hold of someone at Hosmed Medical Scheme/ Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme for urgent assistance with Membership Medical Aid Certificate for tax years 2015 - 2017 for my elderly, retired dad who is suffering from severe health issues aggravated by pressure from SARS stating that he needs to submit these documents urgently or else pay an erroneous amount to SARS. He was only informed 2 months ago regarding this and we are getting nowhere regarding finding these documents and this has affected his health in a very bad way especially his BP and he suffers from Cardiac problems too. He is stressed beyond as he has never been in trouble or had any problems with SARS and he cannot get anywhere with HOSMED picking up our calls and replying to our emails. This is totally unacceptable and a disgrace. We even have reference numbers received in reply to the initial email sent on the 11 August 2026 at 17h20. Can we please ask extremely urgent assistance with resolving this matter as my father is in a state. I may be contacted telephonically on ***. This is like total disregard to persons, especially elders who dilligently paid medical aid contributions before retirement. I truelly hope this matter will reach the correct person(s) utmost urgent attention as my next step will be forced to go to all platforms of the media and not leaving any stone unturned. Are they first going to wake up and respond when my dad gets a heart attack or stroke and die of a stroke before we get a response or assistance?
