Hosmed is the worst medical aid!!!

I'm on my husband's medical aid and gave birth in May but the hospital bill is still NOT paid all they have been saying is that they will process. Now Netcare has given us a 45 day notice because they've also submitted the account to Hosmed for processing but nothing has been paid yet, we definitely changing to another medical aid.
