Hosmed going from bad to worse

The service this past year and now still sins Medshceme took over as administrators is going from bad to worse. I'm on Hosmed now for 25years and have my whole family moved to them but there incompetency is terrible. They don't pay doctors, do journal entries with out explanation, suspend after you gave them all info, cant talk to finances have to work only through callcentre who translate to finance and never come back with any answers and this list can go on and on....VERY VERY unhappy and thinking of moving if they don't fix there problems
