Hosmed and Medscheme - tax certificates

Hosmed and Medscheme both can't provide feedback regarding our tax certificates which is still not available. When I phoned last week, they told me that they are busy distributing the tax certificates and should receive it by Monday (Yesterday). didn't receive any certificate yet. When I phoned this morning, they still can't provide a date when it will be available. The people at the Hosmed call centre don't know when it will be ready and the administrator (Medscheme) don't even want to take our calls and just forward the calls to Hosmed. Can somebody please provide feedback regarding our tax certificates.
