Flawed IT system / Incompetence

Although the Fund list a few addresses for claims to be sent to it is a complete waste of time, in some or other way e-mails sent does not show on their system. This is the second time within one month it has happened to me. This is utterly frustrating since we as the clients fund their excistence but have to battle to get service.<br> <br>
