DRAGGING YOUR FEET TO GIVE A QUOTE

I am writing this complaint for the second time since no one bothered to resolve my issues and concerns. And to be quite honest I am even considering moving to another medical aid where I will receive an efficient service.

My daughter's optometrist called your ppn department to get a quote for her glasses and to this day nothing has been received to date but only run arounds. I am sick of this. My girl is suffering because someone is failing to do their job. The reason we have medical aid is in order to get effective and efficient treatment at all times now you are treating us like this is a free or voluntary things that you do for us. We pay a lot for this damn medical aid for such stupid run arounds. If you don't pick up your socks you will continue losing clients. We need a quote before the end of business today.
