Delay in Membership

I am at my wits end. I have approached the situation politely, but seeing as I need my Medicaid insurance and I am being deprived of it because of slack administrative behavior, I must complain. My husband moved to Hosmed last year. He completed the necessary paperwork in November and everything was handled by his employer. Out old medical aid had terminated and as of 05 January 2018, Hosmed has still not really-instated our membership ! We have been to their office , I have called and each time I hear the same story that their membership departments is busy with it. This is completely unacceptable. In the first place, membership should have come into effect on 01 January 2018. You cannot tell us that we are active on the system but that we don’t have a membership number yet ! I have emailed so many people, and still nothing. It’s a matter of urgency !!! Your membership departments approach to this leaves a lot to be desired.
