Claims

Good morning, I've submitted my docs for claims, 09 June and usually it takes up to 7days for payout, it's exactly one month today and no payout or feedback. I've send numerous emails, to claims, enquiries depts. and no reply. just the standard your query will be answered in 3days response, I've phoned numerous times and all options goes through to the Election dept. I'm on the PLUS option and I must say I had better service when I was on the lower option.<br> <br> I want email correspondence from Hosmed, I do not want miscommunication on the telephone.<br> <br> thank you.
