Claim refunds not paid out

<p>I have been with Hosmed medical aid for two years now.</p> <p>The medical aid itself is very good with support for medical conditions or cases.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunatly I had to pay a claim at my docter before hand on the 1st of December.</p> <p>I got all the relevant documents in place to submit my claim for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted my brokers, Atfin, first.</p> <p>No refund was paid out.</p> <p>They referred me to Hosmed itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the Hosmed claims and enquiries division.</p> <p>They said it was paid out.</p> <p>I sent them proof of my bank statements.</p> <p>They said it will be paid out.</p> <p>No refund was received.</p> <p> </p> <p>After following up weekly with no response except for the automated email, I contacted Hosmed complaints. They said it will be paid out. No refund was received.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been almost 4 months now and I still have not received my refund!</p> <p> </p>
